James W. Garrett Sports Complex Swimming Pool
**UPDATE: Due to the snowstorm predicted for Saturday, Feb. 6, 2010, swim lessons have been cancelled. The rescheduled date is Saturday, April 10. Sorry for any inconvenience.
This 25-yard pool features a fully automated timing system with a six-lane display. The pool is open to all students for recreational purposes but is reserved at times for teams and events
The pool is home to the SU men's and women's swimming & diving teams. The viewing section seats 600 people.
Pool Hours During Extended Breaks
During both winter and summer breaks, the pool will be open Monday
through Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
DURING SPRING BREAK (Friday, March 5, at 4:05 p.m. until Monday, March 15, at 8 a.m.), the pool will be open ONLY for recreation swimming from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
