Men’s Basketball is Headed to Vermont for Sweet 16

The Susquehanna University Men's Basketball team punched its ticket to the NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 round with a 72-67 win over Eastern Connecticut State Saturday night and found out Sunday afternoon that the next round would be hosted by Middlebury College.

The River Hawks will face Williams College at 5:30 p.m. Friday. The Ephmen advanced to the Sweet 16 by defeating Scranton 80-53.

Middlebury, who defeated Lycoming to advance, will host Endicott at 7:30 p.m. Friday. Endicott won a 111-75 game over Nichols College to advance to the Sweet 16.
