THE MAIN STORY: The Susquehanna men's soccer team played a 10-win visiting Misericordia squad to a 0-0, double overtime decision on Wednesday evening. 

TEAM RECORDS
: The River Hawks now stand at 6-7-4 overall while the Cougars are 10-5-2.

SIX SHUTOUTS: With Wednesday's blanking of Misericordia, Susquehanna picked up its sixth shutout of the season. 

SOME STATS: SU narrowly edged the Cougars in shots, 14-13, with six shots on goal. Nick Fecciled the team with four shots and three other players finished with two shots apiece. 

River Hawks goalie Ian Lawlor had six saves, five of which came in the second half. 

DID YOU KNOW? Wednesday was SU's seventh overtime game of the season and the fifth double overtime game. The River Hawks are 1-2-4 in overtime contests this fall. 

FIRST HALF RECAP: Neither team had a shot for the final 25 minutes of the game. Susquehanna's final chance at a goal in the opening period came on Thomas Burke's corner kick with 1:12 to play that failed to result in a goal.

ALMOST A GAME WINNER: With 30 seconds to play in regulation, SU's Colin Keyes fired off a shot that was saved by Misericordia goalie Patrick Hoffman, ultimately forcing overtime.

LET'S GO TO OVERTIMEJake Heyser nearly ended the game in favor of the River Hawks on a shot with 46 seconds left in the opening overtime period but it was blocked and the game headed into double overtime.

DOUBLE OT: Fecci's shot less than five minutes into the second overtime period sailed high and neither team recorded another shot over the remainder of the period, ending the game in a scoreless tie.
