Senior pitcher Jamie Fesinstine has been named to the All-Landmark Conference Softball team as a First Team selection and leads a list of five River Hawks to earn postseason honors. The team was announced Wednesday afternoon by the conference office.
Fesinstine ranked in the top five in the Landmark Conference for strikeouts and saves. She ranked fifth in the conference with 70 strikeouts in the 2017 regular season and ranked second in the conference for saves with three saves.
Miller was named as a Second Team Catcher to the All-Landmark Conference team and ranks third on the team with 30 runs scored and an on-base average of .405 as well as second on the team with 14 walks.
Gore led the Landmark Conference with five home runs in the regular season. She ranked second in double plays with nine for the regular season.
Kohler led the Landmark Conference with three triples in the regular season and was tops on the Susquehanna squad with a 447 on-base average and was also 8-for-9 in stolen base attempts.
Bowman led the River Hawks in several offensive categories including batting average (.377), hits (43), doubles (7) and total bases (58). She was a conference leader in at bats and hits (19-for-41) and ranked second with a .463 batting average in conference games.
The River Hawks finished second in the final regular season conference standings and begin Landmark Conference Tournament play Friday with a 1 p.m. game against Catholic at Moravian.
