TOWSON, Md. - The 2016-17 season marks the 10th year anniversary for the Landmark Conference. To help celebrate, the Landmark is featuring individuals that have stood out over the past 10 years by naming All-Decade Teams in each sport.
On Oct. 26, the conference announced the members of the Women's Volleyball All-Decade Team and Susquehanna's Lindsay Jankiewicz '11 was named to the team.
A three-time All-Landmark First Team Selection, Jankiewicz was a member of the Susquehanna University volleyball team from 2007-2010. Jankiewicz was named Player of the Year in 2010 and was named to the Academic Honor Roll in 2008, 2009, and 2010. She finished her career with 1,751 kills, which ranks her first in the Landmark record books, 496 digs, 244 blocks, and 182 service aces, which is sixth all-time in the conference record books.
Athletes that were named All-Conference First Team a minimum of two times, and/or were named Landmark Player of the Year, during their career will be nominated automatically, and each team had the opportunity to nominate additional individuals for consideration. The All-Decade team was selected by the membership and will be announced prior to the conference championship of each sport.
